Rise To Leadership

Accelerating women’s leadership and impact

A 12-week training and mentorship course helping women to become the leaders they’re meant to be.

Starts February 14th, 2023

You can lead from where you are!

The tools and resources you need are already within you.

For too long, women’s dreams have been deferred, and companies have not been able to capture the full value of women’s leadership and contributions.

A World Economic Forum report states that it will take 132 years to reach gender parity. We can’t afford to wait that long.

We are forging our paths and providing the support, education and mentorship to help women to develop skills that position them as leaders.

If you feel you have so much value that goes unrecognised or want to make changes that only require you to occupy certain leadership positions, this programme is for you.

Why Rise To Leadership Program?

Most leadership training designed for women assumes that to succeed in your leadership journey, you must somehow adopt a dominant identity, even if it means letting go of your femininity and authenticity.

When I think about a lot of advice women receive daily to get to top leadership positions or be perceived as a “good” leader, it’s overwhelming and can be discouraging.

While it’s true that women have not been socialised to compete successfully in a world designed for men, we must learn skills that help us to succeed. However, you need not change your identity to grow as a leader.

Instead, as women, you can focus on the impact you’re here to make – using your gifts, talents and unique value. This requires you to adopt behaviours that help advance your impact instead of learning to adopt a masculine approach.

This is for you if you’re ready to…

Accelerate your leadership and impact.

Move to a senior leadership role while staying authentic.

Gain the courage and confidence to make the difference you know you can make.

My Insight

I’m Ebere Akadiri, the creator of the Rise To Leadership Program. In my work with leaders and having interviewed influential executives from small to large companies, including Fortune 500 companies, I have learned that the best way to get to any position you desire is to focus on mastery of your self-leadership.

Focusing on self-leadership means reflecting and clearly understanding who you are and your purpose, goals and aspirations. You can hone into your leadership identity and the impact you desire to make and craft a vision or roadmap to achieve that. Only then will you understand the gaps and the important skills you need to develop to close those gaps. The Rise to Leadership framework makes all the difference.

It’s time to show up with confidence, competence and character and get a seat at the decision-making table.

What is the Rise To leadership Program all about?

This program includes strategy, stories, workbooks and the processes you need to develop your leadership without changing your identity and, instead, by being authentic.

You will understand how stereotypes and our socialisation contribute to keeping us stuck and learn how to get free.

I will walk you through understanding your gifts, unique value, contribution and core values to help you know who you are and lead from that space.

You will banish the fear of doing too much by creating a holistic vision that aligns with your career, personal desires, and family or lifestyle.

You will create systems and structures to achieve your goals and overcome in advance any future limiting beliefs or habits that will stop you.

And then you’ll take all of that — your gifts, core values, vision, and career dreams — and turn them into a powerful self-advocacy strategy for asking for what you want and getting a seat at any table.

Because your gifts and talents are your tools to rise and lead.

Choose the right plan for you

What we will cover

Know Yourself and the value you bring to the table

You will gain clarity on who you are, how you inspire and what is most important to you. You will find your “sweet spot” – the value you bring to the table. You will also identify your core values and learn how to use them to make important career decisions.

Build Your Career Roadmap

If you don’t know where you want to go, you will never know how to get there.

Craft a vision for your growth and advancement and clarify the future you desire to create for yourself.

Plan to overcome success blockers: Self-doubts, limiting beliefs and habits

Uncover hidden beliefs and habits that could hinder you from reaching your desired career vision and goals. You will learn how to develop supporting habits and beliefs to overcome obstacles and rise.

Unleash your confidence: Show up, speak up and be assertive

One problem that has consistently been discussed within women’s circles is that women are overlooked and interrupted, their ideas are ignored in meetings, or they lack the confidence to speak up. Without speaking up, you may not be able to share your thoughts and contribute meaningfully so that your values can be noticed and rewarded.

Once you understand this concept, you will be able to reach out to someone you always wanted to reach out to without the chatter that goes on in your head or the feeling that you don’t belong, and you will have great conversations.

As a result, your value and contributions will become visible to the right people.

Build strategic relationships for long-term career success

Accelerate your career growth by investing in your social capital. Build your personal board of advisors and strategically connect with decision-makers, potential mentors and sponsors.

Build your self-advocacy and negotiation skills

You will learn how to make your value and contributions visible to decision-makers. Learn how to negotiate your next role and salary increase.

Putting it all together: Lead from where you are

At the end of our program, you’ll leave with a plan and the knowledge and inspiration you need to show up and lead with authenticity.

You will gain the courage and confidence to choose a job and career that align with your identity, interests, and what you stand for. You will also be able to recognise growth opportunities and be empowered to ask for a seat at any table.

When and how often will the Live coaching calls be?

Live Webinars are scheduled for 8 weeks, every Tuesday at 7 pm CET, beginning February 7, 2023

What if I can't make it to one of the coaching calls?

We encourage that you set some time aside and attend all Live calls so as not to miss out on the discussion and Q&A, but we understand that life can be unpredictable, and there are certain circumstances we cannot avoid. In which case, we will still send you the full recording of the Live Webinar so you can still learn all the lessons for the missed week.

Do you offer a payment plan?

You can view all our payment options here.

The question I want to ask is not here.

If you have more questions for us, you can send us an email at program@riseandleadwomen.com

Build your network.

Create connections, build community, and make a difference in the world.

What do we expect from you?
  • Attend the live group sessions (1.5 – 2 hours per week). If you cannot attend, recordings will be made available to you. However, to get the most out of this program, we strongly recommend attending the live group sessions.
  • Join the group mentorship with established leaders and role models once a month (1 hour, once a month for 3 months).
  • Complete the self-paced worksheets and individual assignments between the sessions (2 – 4 hours per week). This personal work will help you improve your leadership and progress in your professional development.
How much time do I need to commit to the whole program?

If you plan to work through the live program in real-time, we recommend between 2-4 hours per week to join the live session, watch (and re-watch) the training, complete your assignments and exercises and — if you’d like — engage with your mentors, other participants, and the community. If you cannot dedicate that much time, don’t worry. You get 1-year access to the program and can work at your own pace, on your own schedule.
